Hülshorst Feinkost presents itself as a flexible, full-range supplier of meat convenience products.
Founded as a meat dressing company in 1989, owner and master butcher Hubert Hülshorst began with the production of gyros items in 1994.
His tireless determination to yield tasty and high-quality products which stood out from the competition soon led to success.
In 1997, the current Director of Sales, Adolf Werner, joined the company to support and consolidate the competence of Hülshorst Feinkost. Soon, production expanded to include frikadellen, the taste and appearance of which reminded everyone of their mother's home cooking. It is hardly surprising that they were - and continue to be - a firm favourite. In 1999, expert market specialist Klaus Uetermeyer was put in charge of establishing a field sales department. In 2000, production capacity was extended through the construction of the new frying department. The innovative oil-free frying technique using Teflon bands also led to expansions in the convenience product range. Two years later in 2002, the new administrative building and new deep freezer storage area were up and running, with the freezer undergoing further expansion work to double its size in 2006.
The second half of 2006 stood under the motto of 'Facing the Future Together'. Cooperation with the company Kilian & Mersch in July 2006 not only heralded the major extension of the product range, but also the consolidation of the sales management team through the addition of Peter Mersch.
Faithful to the aim of preserving a home-made taste, we are proud to be considered a reliable supplier of first-class convenience products.
