Konvektomatauf 120 °C/60 % Feuchte vorheizen, die tiefgefrorenen Spare Ribs nebeneinander auf ein GN-Blech legen und für ca. 20 Minuten erhitzen, anschließend für ca. weitere 5 - 7 Minuten bei 200 °C / 20 % Feuchte bis zur gewünschten Bräunung bräunen.
Konvektomat9 - 10 tiefgefrorene Spare Ribs in eine 100 mm tiefe 1/1 GN-Schale geben und bei 120 °C/60 % Feuchte 60 Minuten erhitzen, dann die gebildete Flüssigkeit abgießen und anschließend für 5 Minuten bei 200 °C/ 20 % Feuchte erhitzen
