after preheating stove (180 °C/ dry heat), heat frozen product in GN tray(we recommend a coated tray) approx. 3 min. (fully charged tray: 4 min.), afterwards heat at 210 °C for further 3 min.


add some fat, heat frozen product from each side at medium heat for approx. 3 - 4 min.

preheat up to 200 °C, broil the defrosted product (core temperature approx. 4 °C) for approx. 2:30 minutes
