Tzatziki
Den Schafskäse mit einer Gabel krümelig zerdrücken und den Joghurt, Schmand und die saure
Sahne dazugeben. Alles gut vermischen. Die Salatgurke schälen, längs halbieren und mit einem Löffel die Kerne entfernen. Auf einer Gemüsereibe die Gurke raffeln. Die Gurke und den gehackten Knoblauch zu der Joghurtmasse geben . Den Dill unterheben und das Ganze mit Salz und etwas Pfeffer abschmecken.
