after preheating stove (120°C/ combi-steam), put the frozen product onto a GN-tray, heat for approx. 8 minutes, afterwards brown the product at 150 °C, setting dry heat, for about 3 minutes


add some fat, fry the defrosted product from each side at medium heat for approx 4 min.

Köttbullar mit Kartoffeln und Roter Beete Köttbullar entsprechend der Regenerationsempfehlung regenerieren. Kartoffeln schälen und im Salzwasser garen. Rote Bete schälen und in feine Streifen schneiden. Zwiebeln schälen und würfeln. Die Zwiebeln in einer Pfanne anschwitzen und die Rote Bete dazu geben. Den Knoblauch mit dem Essig pürieren und zu der Rote Bete geben. Rotwein angießen und alles zusammen ca. 20 Min. durchköcheln lassen. Mit Salzen und Pfeffer abschmecken.
