‘Poultry-Cevapcici’, mincemeat rolls made with poultry
fried, approx. 30 g, I.Q.F. deep-frozen, 2 x 3000 g
Minced poultry rolls in typical cevapcici style, strongly seasoned, fried, individually quick frozen and packaged in pillow bags. This ensures precise portioning and costing ability.
Recommendations
convection stove
after preheating stove (120°C/ combi-steam), put the frozen product onto a GN-tray, heat for approx. 10 minutes, afterwards brown the product at 150 °C, setting dry heat, for about 3 minutes
Pan
add some fat, fry the defrosted product from each side at medium heat for approx 4 min.
contact grill
preheat up to 190 °C, broil the defrosted product (core temperature approx. 4 °C) for approx. 3:30 minutes
