Bifteki nach Zubereitungsempfehlung regenerieren. Dann als Burger nach Geschmack belegen.

Bifteki mit gemischten Salat, Fetakäse und Oliven

Zubereitung:
Bifteki entsprechend der Regenerationsempfehlung zubereiten. Salat waschen und zupfen. Paprika in kleine Würfel schneiden und die Zwiebeln in Ringe. Die Kirschtomaten halbieren und die Pilze abbürsten und in Scheiben schneiden. Aus dem Balsamico und dem Walnußöl ein Dressing rühren. Mit Salz, Zucker und Pfeffer würzen. Die fein gehackte Zwiebel und Salatkräuter dazu geben. Die Salatzutaten in eine Schüssel geben und mit dem angerührten Dressing vermischen. Den Fetakäse abtropfen lassen und in Würfel schneiden. Die Oliven mit den Fetawürfeln und dem Salat zum Bifteki anrichten. Brot dazu reichen.
