Put the frozen product with the vacuum foil onto a GN-tray and heat at 120°C 100 % moisture for approx. 150 min. Remove the foil before consumption of the product.
warning: Heat the foil up to max. 120 °C! Open the convection stove after 30 min. and remove the label.
